We're seeking a strategic and operationally focused CFO to help lead the next phase of growth at a growing professional services firm. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings experience in financial strategy, operational leadership, and M&A activity.
The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to oversee financial operations, improve scalability, support acquisition efforts, and help guide long-term business strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead overall financial strategy and operational planning
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and business decisions
- Support M&A activity, including diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Develop financial processes and infrastructure to support scalability
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions, diligence, and integration
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics
- Proven leadership experience within professional services or public accounting environments
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
