About the Role: Join Paradise Of Joy Homecare LLC as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cairo, GA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff and caregivers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home health or related fields. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
