Key Responsibilities:

• Create gourmet coffees, hot teas, smoothies, and fresh squeezed juices.
• Operate espresso machine and other Market equipment to prepare gourmet drinks and pastries.
• Provide exceptional guest experience at all times.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Assist with storage, stocking, rotation, and maintenance of all products.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness & organization
• Assist in opening and closing the Market according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about coffee, tea, and fresh juices.
• Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about interacting with guests.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification and barista experience desired.
