Certified Medical Assistant Receptionist

Job Summary:

Enlife Mind + Body is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant Receptionist to join our team in Goodyear, Arizona. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our nurses and patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide a positive and courteous environment
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and filing reports
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and visitors

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Current BLS certification is required

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role

• Must possess a CCMA, CMA, or RNA certification.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
