AAKC has been serving the Kansas City community for more than six decades, providing anesthesia and pain management services to 14 industry award-winning hospitals and surgery centers across the Kansas City Metro area. Salary Tiers – effective July 1, 2025 0-3.9 years: Base $200,000; Belton Mini Float $208,000; Float Pool $220,000 4-5.9 years: Base $204,000; Belton Mini Float $210,000; Float Pool $224,000 6-10.9 years: Base $208,000; Belton Mini Float $216,000; Float Pool $228,000 11+ years: Base $216,000; Belton Mini Float $222,000; Float Pool $236,000 AAKC is a trusted name as an employer and as a care provider. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Requirements Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Valid CRNA certification required. Copy of the current license for the state of Kansas or Missouri. BLS/ACLS or willingness to obtain certifications.
