POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Ensures YMCA properties, facilities, and equipment are clean and maintained for safety and a positive public image.

SCHEDULE:

Part‑time evening hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM , with alternating weekend evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial cleaning and general maintenance experience preferred. Ability to use tools, equipment and chemicals in prescribed manner; read labels and instructions. Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication. Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
