Temporary Boutique Manager - Livermore Outlet

Summary The Temporary Boutique Manager will lead and develop the Givenchy Livermore Outlet boutique to achieve sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences. This role requires a motivating, service-focused leader who actively participates on the sales floor, drives client development, and represents the brand in the local community. Responsibilities Lead, develop, and mentor boutique staff to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Drive client development and lifetime loyalty through personalized service, outreach, and community relationship building. Actively participate on the sales floor to demonstrate selling techniques and manage key client relationships. Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to grow revenue and profitability. Recruit and hire talent, create development plans, and establish clear growth paths for team members. Ensure consistent delivery of the Givenchy customer experience across in-store, omnichannel, and event activities. Optimize store hospitality and amenities and respond to client feedback to improve service. Requirements 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with 5-10 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools (e.g., Zoom). Proven ability to develop community relationships and generate revenue through client networks.
