Family or Internal Medicine Physician

A board-eligible/board-certified family or internal medicine physician is sought to join a thriving health center in Crown Point, Indiana, to meet the growing demand for primary care services. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on medical illness treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to building strong patient and community relationships. Practice Info * Crown Point family health center treats all ages * Average outpatient volume; see 15 - 18 patients per day * Telehealth offered * Strong mentorship from existing providers Responsibilities * See patients of all ages, from birth to seniors * Treat medical illnesses * Provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments * Provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle * Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care Compensation * Generous bonus program * Relocation allowance * Commencement/retention packages * We help negotiate your salary and contract Shift & Schedule * The practice is open Monday through Friday (hours vary by day) and Saturday 8 am - noon * 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin work Requirements * BE/BC in family or internal medicine * Thrive in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented * Desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community * Display a professional skill set * Willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families
