\nNew Season Treatment Centers is a national leader in addiction treatment and recovery services, helping individuals overcome Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, and comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
\nWe're seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location.

What You'll Do
\n- \n
- Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff \n
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations \n
- Review and approve clinical documentation \n
- Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness \n
- Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development \n
- Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building \n
- Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability \n
\n
Qualifications
\n✔ Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred)
\n✔ Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado
\n✔ 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
\n✔ Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred
\n✔ Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), HIPAA, and clinical best practices
