Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Trattoria features finely crafted Arizona wines paired with freshly made breads, pasta, wood fired pizzas, salads and more Our restaurant and tasting room are well-known and well-established and we look forward to adding a talented, dedicated and energized Assistant Manager to our team!
Experience: Five years or more of supervisory experience in a full-service food and beverage business.
Compensation: Competitive salary offered based on experience.
Duties Include:
- Directly oversee, train, guide and support front of the house staff.
- Indirectly oversee and support back of the house staff.
- Monitor, maintain and ensure friendly, efficient service levels.
- Be accountable for food and beverage items meeting or exceeding standards.
- Daily observational coaching and guidance of each team member in relation to their performance.
- Cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area.
- Provide ownership with constructive feedback in relation to improved

Additional Requirements:
- Yavapai County Food Safety Manager Certificate.
- Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control Title 4 certificate
