Vendor Data Specialist — Detail-Driven Excel Expert

The Vendor Data Specialist is a critical part of the Supplier Operations Team, ensuring accuracy and consistency of vendor data records. In this role, you will support teams cross-functionally in support of our customers and their vendors, responding to inquiries, ensuring all necessary validation occurs prior to allowing changes or updates. This role works closely with the Data and Reporting Teams as a liaison to the Operations Teams. This role is fully in person in our Bonita Springs office.**Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities**Perform other duties as assigned**Required Skills/Abilities:**Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Office 365 applicationsAttention to detail and ability to follow internal policies and proceduresAdvanced Excel skills, especially the ability to work with large sets of dataHigh sense of urgency to complete tasks timely and accurately**Education and Experience:**A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role, supporting both internal and external customers**Physical Requirements:**Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveriesWe are looking for new employees who will embrace the Edenred adventure with the same intensity and passion as we do.
