Main location: Gold Beach and float to Brookings as needed. Start date: 09/14 but will consider start dates within 30 days of 09/14. Length: at least 15 weeks; Looking for an Occupational Therapist with lymphedema skills and certification to help Curry build a lymphedema program. Needing an OT that is lymphedema certified/specialist but would be open to PT that is lyphedema certified/specialist as well. The shit will likely by Sat-Tuesday, 4x10 or 8 hour shifts spread through similar days depending on what the therapist wants. Current Oregon license. BLS and NPI# required.
