Under general supervision, the Lark Instructor II is responsible for implementing specific programs asassigned. Employee prepares standard routine reports and records. Job involves decision makingwhich require sound interpretation and mature judgment. Employee provides continuous service to thepublic frequently involving sensitive matters that demand the utmost tact, courtesy andresourcefulness.About the Organization: McAllen is one of the fastest growing cities in America with a population alone close to 148,000.
