As we expand, we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join our team and grow with us. Position Overview The Prep Cook is responsible for completing daily kitchen preparation accurately and efficiently while keeping ingredients, equipment and work areas organized and ready for service. This role requires consistency, attention to detail and the ability to manage assigned work independently. Responsibilities Prepare assigned ingredients and components in the quantities and timeframe established by kitchen leadership. Check completed preparation for proper portions, quality and readiness. Keep work areas, tools and ingredients orderly and sanitary throughout the shift. Label, date, store and rotate prepared items correctly. Track supply levels and communicate needs before items run low. Handle knives and kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Assist with additional kitchen needs as service demands. Qualifications Previous professional kitchen experience required. Strong knife skills and confidence using standard kitchen tools. Ability to remain focused, organized and productive with limited supervision. Comfortable maintaining a steady pace and adjusting as priorities change.
