Retail Seasonal

They say you are the company you keep - and at Cracker Barrel, we take that seriously. Whether you're greeting guests, rolling out biscuits, or keeping things humming behind the scenes, you make the moments that matter, both big and small. Here, the work means more because we take pride in doing it together. So, join our team and find your place, because here...we're all in good company.

What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Our Retail Sales team makes the moment by bringing joy to our guests during the holiday season. You'll make sure everyone leaves happy, whether you're helping someone find the perfect gift, showing off your favorite decor items, or simply making their day with a warm smile.

So if you're someone who...

• Loves helping folks find just what they're looking for
• Has a team-first mindset
• Learns quickly and stays organized
• Can juggle a few tasks without missing a beat
• Brings a warm, welcoming attitude

...then there's a place for you here this holiday season.

No retail experience? No worries. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Focus on You

We're all about making sure you're taken care of, too. Here's what's in it for you:

• As a Seasonal employee, you will receive competitive pay every week along with same-day pay access if you need it.
• To show our appreciation, you will be eligible to receive a 35% discount on Cracker Barrel food and retail items throughout your time with us!
