Customer Service Representative Best Mexican Foods Distributor

Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible forproviding exceptional service to customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales and operations teams. This role ensuresaccurateandtimelycommunication tomaintaincustomer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Order Management Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems. Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. Customer Support Respond promptly to inquiriesregardingproducts, services, and deliveries. Resolve complaints and elevate complex issues to management when necessary. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensuretimelyfulfillment. Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively. Documentation & Reporting Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Prepare daily or weekly reports asrequired. Pay: $22 per hour Work Schedule: 5 days per week, generally Monday through Friday, with some Sunday availability. High school diplomarequired; associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred). Strong communicationand problem-solving skills.
