Plant EHS & DOT Compliance Leader
Wells
Wells is seeking an experienced EHS & DOT Compliance Manager to promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. The role analyzes safety data, identifies risks, and implements corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.
Responsibilities include DOT driver files, safety reporting, inspections, audits, and regulatory support. A bachelor’s in safety or related field and 5+ years in safety are preferred.
