\nWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join an established outpatient practice dedicated exclusively to caring for adults age 65 and older.\n

\nThis opportunity offers the chance to practice value-based medicine with smaller patient panels, a collaborative clinical team, and a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management.\n

\nYou'll work alongside an experienced physician and nurse practitioner in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality outcomes and meaningful patient relationships.\n

\nProvide comprehensive outpatient primary care\n
\nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions\n
\nFocus on preventative medicine and chronic disease management\n
\nCoordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams\n
\nSupervise Advanced Practice Providers as appropriate\n
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation\n
\nParticipate in quality and population health initiatives\n
\nQualifications\n
\nRequired\n
\nMD or DO\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in:\n
\nFamily Medicine\n
\nInternal Medicine\n
\nGeriatric Medicine\n
\nActive North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)\n
\nPreferred\n
\nMinimum of two years of physician practice experience\n
\nExperience caring for adults age 65+\n
\nExperience practicing in a value-based care environment\n
