Our client seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury to handle plaintiff-side PI cases, managing pre-suit resolutions and litigation for auto and premises liability claims in a remote role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a primarily pre-suit caseload involving auto accidents and premises liability cases.

• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy while collaborating with case managers and support staff.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and determine when cases should proceed into litigation.

• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.

• Maintain client communication and provide guidance throughout the claims and litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon State Bar license in good standing (Washington license is a plus).

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.

• Experience managing pre-suit and litigation caseloads from intake through resolution.

• Strong experience with civil discovery, motion practice, pleadings, and depositions.

• Experience handling auto and premises liability cases, including mediation and settlement negotiations.
