Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Somerset Park Apartments! If you have an outgoing, friendly personality with dynamic sales experience and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction, our Leasing Consultant opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Show and lease units to prospective residentsCourteously handle resident questions, concerns and complaintsComplete and maintain all resident and property filesConduct out-reach marketing on a regular basisExecute Fair Housing Practices consistentlyMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesAssisting with resident retentionWalking the marketing path dailyProcessing lease applications and qualifying residentsSupporting the Property Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasksPlay a key role in resolving resident concerns and issuesOther duties as assignedSaturdays are required, this would be a schedule adjustment during the week with at least one weekend off a monthHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required1+ year of office experience, preferably in a property management officePrior Leasing experience preferred, but not requiredValid Driver's License with valid insurance requiredStrong customer service and sales experienceTeam player with a goal-oriented mindset, self starterEntrata experience is preferred, but willing trainSuccessfully pass drug screening and criminal background checkComputer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional mannerFamiliarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses.Saturdays are required, this would be a schedule adjustment during the week with at least one weekend off a monthCompensation & Benefits:Full time, Hourly Position + CommissionsComprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance Options)401K with Employer MatchingPaid Vacation and HolidaysEmployee apartment rental discount available& More!Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Work Place.
