About this role.

As a Hospitalist at our St. James Hospital, you'll work collaboratively with hospital and medical group providers, to provide top notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with APPs, care and case management, the Emergency Medicine team, and excellent support staff!

  Competitive Compensation: $346,500 annual salary plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.

\n
• \n

  Quality Incentive: up to $15,000

\n
• \n

  Incentives : $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). Were also PSLF eligible!

  You will practice at our St. James Hospital, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT.

\n

  We run two shifts - day and night.

\n
• \n

  Full-time position (165 shifts for the year)

\n
• \n

  Mixture of days and nights with a 7 on 7 off model.

\n
• \n

  Daily APP coverage.

\n
• \n

  Strong partnership with our St. Vincent Regional hospital. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

  Easy access to an international airport in Bozeman, MT & Billings, MT.

What youll bring.

  MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

\n
• \n

  Residency trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

\n
• \n

  Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.

\n
• \n

  Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

\n
• \n

  Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process.

\n
• \n

  At least 3-5 years experience as a Hospitalist is required.

\n
• \n

  Passion for inpatient care.

\n

St. James Healthcare is a 98-bed Level III Trauma Center has provided care in Southwest Montana and the surrounding area since 1881, and our clinical network ensures community needs are met.
