Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home health experience
HCHB experience
PT license in the state of AR
CPR certification
Bachelors Degree

Assignment Details
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Weekend requirement: No
Primary responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, start of care visits for home health patients, and treatment visits as needed
Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
