Job Description Job Description The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in delivering specialized care to all patients, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the therapist utilizes a range of therapeutic equipment and technology, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms, to assess, treat, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment needs
Develop customized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients on injury prevention, therapy techniques, and home exercises
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EHR systems
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Handle and utilize therapeutic and diagnostic equipment safely

Required Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
State Physical Therapy License

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in physical therapy
Expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
Proficiency in manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Excellent communication and empathetic interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Efficient time management and record-keeping abilities
