Food Service Worker

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking reliable Food Service Workers for a private school dining hall in Litchfield, CT. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, including handling food safely and efficiently.
Assist with food presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal, especially in fine dining or banquet settings.
Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

Pay Type:

$17.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full/Part Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
