Occupational Therapist Assistant - Bonus Available

Relocation Bonus Available As the Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will provide occupational therapy to patients to restore them to their fullest physical ability. Primary Responsibilities Follow all state‑specific laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home care and adhere to the treatment plan set by the supervising OT. Follow the plan of care, instruct, and aid patients in evidence‑based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant and per state laws. Observe, record, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician the patient’s response to treatment and changes in condition. Instruct patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health‑care team in therapy areas within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant. Operate effectively in any home situation regardless of the client’s age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition. Required Qualifications Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice. Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, dependable vehicle, or public transportation access. State Specific Requirements Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Preferred Qualifications Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

• 25.73 - $38.60 per visit point
• 30.88 - $46.32 hourly rate

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full‑time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity. Compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. The role receives two types of compensation: per visit point for visits and hourly rate for certain non‑visit activities such as orientation.
