Ecosystem Development Associate

is looking for an Ecosystem Development Associate to help build and grow our partner network from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their partnerships career who is energized by outreach relationship-building and making things happen.
Youre plugged into the AI startup world you follow whats being built whos building it and where those conversations are happening. Youre ready to turn that awareness into real partnerships.
What Youll Do
- Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups developer tools accelerators and founder communities
- Help build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from first contact through activation
- Coordinate co-marketing referral and integration opportunities with partner teams
- Assist in developing partner-facing materials onboarding flows and program documentation
- Track partnership activity and outcomes in CRM and report on progress
- Participate in founder communities and ecosystem spaces where Atoms partners live
What Were Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships business development account management or a related role
- Genuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem you know the players and follow the space
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through consistently
- Organized and self-motivated; you manage your own pipeline without being nudged
- Excited to be part of building something from an early stage
- Startup or marketplace experience is a plus
