If you love living the outdoor lifestyle on your days off, this is the place for you!Seasonal position details:* **Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period*** **15% Premium (Seasonal differntial)*** **Additional night and weekend shift differential pay*** **401(k) Eligible*** **Fitness center membership discount*** **$1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position*** **$1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position*** **$2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus*** **No health benefits offered****Seasonal Minimum Qualification:****Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable labor and delivery nursing experience to the unit assigned.**What you'll do:This role offers the opportunity to provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment.* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience* Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care* Participate in a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and shared successWho you are:* An experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse* A calm, confident presence in high-stakes situations* You value strong teamwork and communication skills* Committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning* Able to work both independently and as part of a team**Qualifications:*** Current Montana RN License **or** a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.* BSN degree preferred.* RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.* Two years experience in a similar unit is required.* ALS(ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer* NRP certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer* EFM certification or EFM instructor status must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer.* STABLE preferred.If you’re ready to bring your experience and passion to a birth center that values connection, quality, and teamwork, apply today!**Shift:**Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)**Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts for 13-week assignment.**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
