Internal Medicine Physician Job In New York Medrinais a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. We are currently looking to add physicians to the team in our Rochester, NY market! Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care toSNFpatients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Responsible for full medical management and primary care Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation in EMR Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted New Yorklicense Board eligible/certifiedin Internal Medicine Active DEA license Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills Preferred Experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience Inpatient hospitalist Geriatric Medicine What'Medrina'Offers: 1099 independent contractor' Monday-Friday, no weekends Part-Time 2-3 days per week Skilled Nursing Facility Setting' We cover tail end of malpractice' Competitive compensation Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds.' May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.' Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.' Mustcomply withfacility vaccination requirements.
