Product Designer

Owning the user experience for a product area, the full-time Senior AI Product Designer will independently define user needs, partner with Product to translate goals into interface elements, and evaluate AI UX patterns in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Define the UX for a product area, translating user needs into interface elements and behaviors Articulate quality vs. speed trade-offs to facilitate team progress on releases Conduct user research and workflow mapping to build expertise in user needs and document findings for team use Required qualifications Proven experience in independently owning the UX definition for a product area from user needs to interface decisions Demonstrated expertise in foundational UX/UI concepts and practices, with examples of trade-off articulation Experience in direct user research and workflow mapping, with documentation skills for team application Led the implementation of at least one major AI-based workflow in a SaaS application Knowledge of emerging AI UX patterns and a clear evaluation process for their application Virtual Vocations Inc
