As a R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development & Operations departments supporting cutting-edge projects and collaborating with talented professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions for research projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into functional prototypes
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new software tools and algorithms
• Document technical specifications and contribute to project reports
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in software development, preferably in research and development environments
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
