About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at WRIGHT BY YOUR SIDE IN HOME CARE as a Weekend (Sat/Sun) CNA/Caregiver. Client is bedbound, but able to transfer. Client does have a cat in the home and requires personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work around pets. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and document the health and well-being of clients.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Support clients with companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Background check and references required.
