Patent Litigation Associate (Junior-Mid)

Thomas Talent Network is seeking Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice. The role requires supporting all phases of patent litigation in federal courts, drafting motions and conducting legal research. Candidates should have 1–6 years of patent litigation experience and a Juris Doctor (JD). Strong legal research skills and active bar membership are required.
