As our Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of the community, helping residents and applicants navigate the application and recertification process with confidence and care. Throughout your day, you'll partner with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently, walk the property to maintain a clean and welcoming appearance, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations running smoothly. What's Needed From an Affordable Housing Site Manager? We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications: Understanding of fair housing standards Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Strong customer service skills Prior experience in property management Fair Housing Certification, experience with HUD/Section 8 properties, and experience with Rural Development properties are preferred.
