We are excited to partner with a well-established pharmaceutical packaging warehouse in West Caldwell, NJ, currently seeking an Order Picker to join their growing team. If you're looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Job Title: Order Picker
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: West Caldwell, NJ
Key Responsibilities (GMP Environment):
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products, pallets, and materials.
- Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas as directed.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage locations, ensuring stability and accuracy.
- Follow warehouse layout procedures to maintain proper inventory flow.
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, including batteries, forks, tires, and safety features.
- Report damage to products, pallets, racking, or equipment immediately.
- Assist with inventory control, including counting, labeling, and stock verification.
- Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures and weight restrictions.
- Utilize scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to GMP and warehouse safety standards.
- Support general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and organizing materials when not operating a forklift.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise-level conditions.
- Background and Drug Test Required.
