Description Mid-South Interiors and Exteriors in Augusta, GA has an immediate opening for a reliable in office full time Certified Payroll Specialist with construction knowledge. Responsibilities Overseeing that all aspects of Certified Payroll including Government projects are entered correctly and on time Entering A/P invoices into QuickBooks Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner, along with maintaining emails (Microsoft Outlook) Providing necessary administrative support to the office staff, maintaining records, filing, and data entry Preparing and editing documents, maintaining and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all duties performed Tracking equipment rentals Processing payroll when the Payroll Manager is out Qualifications At least three years of proficiency in QuickBooks Experience in accounts payable, payroll, and payroll reports Good written communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Word Proficient with numbers, including Excel, and knowledge of basic accounting Time management skills including multitasking, problem‑solving, and strong organization skills Coachable and willing to learn Professional and friendly demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
