About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts in southern Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and advancing the Foundation's core values, mission, and vision, which are centered around creating opportunities for local residents to thrive and support their communities. This leadership role requires a deep commitment to the founding principles of the organization and a relational approach to working with the Board of Directors and the community. The Executive Director will be tasked with strategic planning, program development, and fostering partnerships to ensure the continued impact and sustainability of the Foundation's work.
