Merchandiser & Order Writer: In-Store Displays & Stocking

- Join a team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves, maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
- Optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
