HR Lead: Talent Recruitment & Onboarding

Strategic Security Corp. seeks an HR Lead to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling alignment across SSC. This role manages the HR Recruiter, conducts interviews, finalizes hires in Paycom, and ensures new employees are integrated into schedules and compliant with company policies.

You will review daily WinTeam needs, coordinate with Client Managers on open shifts, monitor staffing, and report progress to HR leadership. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
