The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills. Our shop works on most domestic and Asian cars and trucks, specializing in light/medium duty diesel trucks and fleet vehicles, including Ford vehicles. We are a busy and expanding shop with a wide variety of work, including engine/transmission replacement, suspension and alignments, drivability repairs, AC, electrical, and aftermarket installations. Requirements include having your own tools, a valid driver's license, daily transportation, and maintaining a clean work area. You must be capable of handling your responsibilities independently. Experienced technicians may be provided with a helper or apprentice after a short trial period. Please do not apply if you have less than 5 years of experience. We value pride in workmanship and prioritize customer safety and interests. If these principles do not align with your work ethic, please do not apply. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekends and overtime are optional but not required. Benefits include paid major holidays, vacation, a retirement plan with matching contributions, bonuses, and training opportunities. Compensation is flexible: hourly or flat rate ($30-$50 per hour), depending on position, experience, and skills. Salary options are also available.
