Social Worker (Program Coordinator)

Social WorkerIn addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Social Worker oversees the daily clinical operations of the VMET program. Responsibilities include program development and implementation, policy and procedure development, program evaluation, quality improvement activities, data collection and analysis, preparation of reports, workload monitoring, and ensuring compliance with organizational, professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. The Social Worker is responsible for evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.Work Schedule: Full-time 08:00am - 4:30pmPay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases.
