Position: Project Manager
Location: Indianapolis
Duration: 6 month contract with extensions
Must-haves
- Project Management experience leading production projects
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device background
- Past experience as an engineer, ideally manufacturing engineer
- Background in foundational documentation
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Day to Day:
Our largest pharmaceutical client is seeking a Project Manager to support their 100+ production lines. This PM is expected to come from a pharmaceutical or medical device background and have a strong background in overseeing and managing production related initiatives. This PM will be working directly with the lead engineer to evaluate the automation lines, manage the changes, and replicate the changes to the remaining lines. This PM is responsible for KPIs, setting and meeting timelines, internal and external communication, etc.
