Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
