Essential Functions:

• Assist in preparation of Annual Audit Plan and periodic adjustments based on audit priorities
• Ensure that audits are performed under the “Three Lines of Defense” model
• Conduct domestic and international audit projects to ensure work is performed adequately and in a timely manner within deadlines
• Assist with supervision and review of audit team performance including audit judgement, documentation, reporting, and achieving quality standards
• Proficient in basic data analytic methods such as Tableau or Power BI, and providing input on continuous improvement to audit approach and tools
• Draft or review written audit reports and executive summaries to clearly and concisely communicate risks, findings, and recommendations
• Effective communication, coordination, and collaboration within audit team and with company stakeholders at various levels (Directors, General Managers, Controllers, COO, CFO, and CEO)
• Remain flexible with work and travel schedule for audits, special projects, or due diligence
• High level of project management skills in planning, executing, and completing Internal Audit assignments

Additional Functions:

• Other job duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external audit profession
• Worked as a Senior Auditor for at least 1 to 2 years in that role
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certifications preferred

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, grasping, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, walking, writing, speaking, and hearing.
• Must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.

Environmental Conditions:

• Work in office 100% to participate in team and other collaborative audit projects - Corporate Office located 505 East 200 South, Salt Lake City, Utah

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 20% overnight travel annually, including one-week (4 night) trips in North America and two-week (14 day) trips internationally
