This role offers a competitive compensation structure that includes a base income, new business and renewal commissions, performance-based bonuses, office expense support, and dedicated training and marketing resources.
You'll work closely with experienced underwriting, product, and leadership teams while developing relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners in your community.
This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop and manage a strong customer base and build lasting customer relationships with the support of an established organization behind you.
Our 3-Year Agency Support Program provides:
Monthly base income for 3 years
New business commission and Renewal commission
Office rent reimbursement for 3 years
Quarterly bonuses for 3 years
