Nurse Practitioner: Patient-Centered Care & Telehealth

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Addison, TX. You will perform health assessments, diagnose and treat adult patients, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting. You will order tests, interpret results, prescribe medications, educate patients and families, and document encounters in the EHR while upholding HIPAA and organizational policies.
