Senior Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a strategic, operationally sound Senior HR Generalist / HRBP to partner with our leadership team, optimize our HR operations, and drive our talent acquisition strategy using ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Optimize ADP Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment using the ADP Recruiting module , managing job board feeds across LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, refining sourcing strategies, and reducing Time-to-Fill.

• Partner with Leadership: Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, draft clear role descriptions, set market compensation benchmarks, and refine interview workflows.

• Own Multi-Module ADP Workflows: Serve as our internal subject matter expert across ADP Workforce Now—from Recruiting and Onboarding to Core HR Data, Performance Management, and Payroll integration.

• Lead Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct workplace investigations, coach managers through progressive discipline and PIPs, update handbooks/SOPs, and ensure multi-state labor law compliance.

• Drive Performance & Culture: Manage the annual performance review process in ADP, assist leaders with talent calibration, and evaluate workforce trends to boost employee retention.
