Pay or shift range: $24.38 USD to $36.58 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description Luck Stone Kershaw SC Plant is seeking a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to safely operate a 988 Loader while consistently delivering a high level of performance. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of completing essential job duties independently with minimal supervision. Hours: 6:15am -4:30pm Mon-Fri

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Safely and efficiently operate CAT 988 Pit Loader Follow all company health and safety policies and regulations. Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks. Ensure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading. Promptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman. Assist with other construction-related duties as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Participate in required meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site preferred Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable, attentive, and committed to quality performance. Willingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.
