Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and record vital signs of residentsAssist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plansCommunicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident careMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsProvide emotional support to residents and their familiesRequirements:Current LPN license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facilityKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPhysical Requirements:Considerable physical activity:Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time
