We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position offering 3240 hours per week, with opportunities for seasonal overtime during our busiest times of the year.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers, helping ensure every order is accurate and every experience is exceptional. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers by phone, email, and chat with orders, returns, billing questions, and product inquiries
• Providing guidance on styles, sizing, and formalwear options
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and order details
• Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting additional office and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center environment
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and standard office software
• Excellent phone and chat etiquette with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and positive while managing multiple priorities
• Experience in the formalwear or apparel industry is a plus
• Availability to work on-site 3240 hours per week, including some evenings, Saturdays, and seasonal overtime
