Compensation
- $35.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor residents with respiratory conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and breathing treatments as ordered
- Monitor ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and other respiratory equipment as applicable
- Evaluate resident responses to treatment and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families on respiratory care, equipment use, and treatment plans
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident progress in the medical record
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment and supplies
- Follow infection control, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines at all times
- Collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, and rehabilitation staff to support resident care goals
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.
Status: PT/PRN schedules available
Shift: 7a-7p/7p-7a
License: Active Maryland RT license
